MINDFUL RIDING

Would you like to fulfill a (childhood) dream and  on a horse through the woods and  roam the heathland?

Or did you ride as a child and would like to trace these childhood experiences?

I can help you,  it possible too  do: After getting to know the horse and rider  and trying things out on safe terrain  I could go into the field with me (two riders / two horses). The horses are provided by me. Whether a cross-country ride is possible in the first lesson because you can do a good one sooner  Rider or a  good rider  were or whether there have only been a few  and  Long hours will be required, remains to be seen. The pace off-road will depend on how brave and how sporty you are. From a slow, leisurely step ride to a hunting gallop, everything is possible.

Like all sports that are practiced outdoors, the production of the sleep hormone is stopped and the happiness hormone serotonin is formed when riding. Even if it doesn't seem like it, riding is physically demanding and therefore reduces stress.

Mindful riding sharpens the senses and brings you back from the stream of thoughts into the here and now. Consciously feel the movement of the horse. Which muscles are used? How does the horse feel under you and how does the ground under the horse's hooves? What triggers movement in your body?

That offers horse riding for children  a holistic approach. Development is encouraged in the psychological, emotional, cognitive, social, coordinative and physical areas. Children become more sensitive to their own needs, the needs of others and those of the horse. You practice helpfulness, consideration, reliability, independence, assertiveness, self-confidence and self-confidence. By conveying the horse's needs, they learn values from which they also benefit in everyday life.
