Infants under 3 years do not pay anything. 

Children from 3 to 13 years old inclusive pay half (20 € for each additional child).

I also charge one for each stay cleaning fee of 60 €.

Minimum stay (after arrival day) :

Friday and Saturday:   2 days

Sunday - Thursday:     1 day

If you would like to bring animals with you, please discuss this with me. 

I take 15 € per dog. If you stay longer than three days,

5 € per day and dog are added. .

Check-out:  11:00 a.m.

 

Cancellation policy:

Until the 36th. The day before the start of the rental, the cancellation is free of charge. From 35 days before the start of the rental, 30% of the rental price is charged, up to 21 days before the start of the rental, 60% of the rental price and up to 14 days before the start of the rental price 90% of the rental price. I recommend travel cancellation insurance.
