About this accommodation

My holiday apartment is a small, attached house with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 3600-soul village on the edge of the Ruhrgebiet. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer.

 

The oldest oak tree in Germany stands in Erle. A chestnut alley, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

 

The holiday apartment is also designed for bicycle tours and groups: If you arrive by bike, you can store it in the garage and also charge it. For electric vehicles, there is the possibility to charge with the wallbox from 3.7 - 11 kW via a type 2 socket by arrangement.

Directions : Coming from the A 31 drive in the direction of Borken, turn into Erle, go around the church and turn into Ridderspaß. It's the second house on the right.  ​

  with a type 2 socket  to be loaded (for loading we have put up a piggybank)

• smoke detector

• 2 workstations for laptops 

• fire extinguisher

 

The garden behind the house is your sole use.

The other garden area is shared.

 

 

 

 

 

I provide a variety of " starters " (dishwasher tabs, coffee pods ...).

Please leave them in the house when you are not going to use them. Other things such as cleaning agents or vacuum cleaners are freely accessible and may be used.

 

You can watch films and series via your Netflix account on three

televisions. There are a total of four televisions. Free WiFi is available

throughout the house. You can access it via a QR code.

Large parts of the apartment are laid out with real wood floorboards. Most of the bedrooms have mosquito screens and window darkening. In the bedroom with the balcony there is no darkening option.

If something is missing or if there is a problem, call me or send me a message. I will take care of it immediately.

Smoking is prohibited in the whole house!

 

Events (Bachelor parties, company outings ...)  are prohibited. Seminars and additional guests (including day guests) are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Before leaving the house, please sort the garbage and remove the bed sheets. The garbage cans are in the garage.​
