hypnosis
Hypnosis allows for the alteration of perception, memory, motivation, and self-control through suggestion. This is done in prior consultation and can never be used against the client's convictions or ethical principles.
A selection of hypnosis sessions can be found below on this page under "type".
All hypnosis treatments can also be conducted online.
Hypnosis explained briefly
When people hear the term hypnosis, they often immediately think of stage hypnosis. The medical hypnosis I use has nothing to do with that. I work with trance-like states of consciousness, similar to a flow state or being engrossed in a good book. The client can end the session at any time.
Hypnotizability is a stable personality trait that cannot be influenced by the individual. Most people who are hypnotized for the first time are very receptive to hypnosis. The more frequently one is hypnotized, the faster and more easily one enters a hypnotic state. There is a strong correlation with absorption, that is, the ability to lose oneself in imaginary or sensory experiences, such as watching a film or playing a computer game, in which one can completely forget the "real" world.
