PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am a naturopath with further training in solution-oriented short-term therapy, talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Do you no longer want to ignore your problems and symptoms, but rather understand them and work out solutions to them? I help you to become aware of thought patterns and emotions and to develop strategies in order to be able to change behavior. I would like to support you through an individual approach to let go of unwanted feelings or to accept them and give up control attempts.  

Resource activation helps  to discover the positive potential.

Mindfulness exercises are integrated into everyday life. This is about getting out of the  acceleration  to unwind and relax, no longer to overlook your own needs,  to reduce the pressure to perform and the fulfillment of duties, and thus to increase well-being.

Do you spend  more time with the good things in life. Enjoy consciously, train your perception, sharpen yours  Senses and trust your intuition.

Dealing with the environment without prejudice, open to new ideas  and be radical ideas and change your perspective, this positive attitude  increases the ability to learn and the  Creativity,  makes you more empathetic, cooperative and courageous for change.

Are they alive  in the "here and now". Measure  not the money  too much importance. Make yourself aware of the beautiful moments in life and say goodbye to your legacies. Be your own  Future Shaper.

Mindfulness training uses the malleability of the brain to break down unhealthy thought and behavior patterns. Other perspectives change thinking and have a positive influence on feelings.
