I am a naturopath with further training in solution-oriented short-term therapy, talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Mindfulness exercises are integrated into everyday life. This is about getting out of the acceleration to unwind and relax, no longer to overlook your own needs, to reduce the pressure to perform and the fulfillment of duties, and thus to increase well-being.
